About me...
I discovered yoga in 2014 whilst studying psychology as an undergraduate student and soon discovered the many benefits, both mentally and physically. As a yoga teacher, my mission is to create a welcoming, supportive and accessible space to people from all walks of life and all types of bodies. There is so much more to yoga than being able to touch your toes, and I want to support my clients to find what works for them and learn to move intuitively
